Thesis

Emerging Tech is a portfolio of micro- and small-cap companies working on technologies that have not yet been widely adopted or commercially proven, but that could have profound societal impact. The fund looks for focused specialists with defensible positioning, whether through intellectual property, regulatory head starts, proprietary data, unique manufacturing processes, or key customer relationships. The fund is deliberately vertical-agnostic, spanning areas such as biotech and pharmaceutical innovation, clean energy, AI infrastructure and compute efficiency, health tech, advanced materials, and space and satellite technology. Holdings are organized into two sleeves: a Core sleeve of names with solid fundamentals and early market traction, and a Breakout sleeve of higher-conviction names where the technology appears closer to an inflection point or a specific near-term catalyst is in view. By holding a diversified basket of these companies across multiple verticals, the strategy is built around the idea that transformative technology tends to emerge from small, dedicated teams working ahead of mainstream attention.
