Thesis
Diamond AI is a global portfolio built around a single idea: artificial intelligence runs on physical and digital infrastructure, and that infrastructure spans far more than a handful of household names. The fund invests across every layer of the AI value chain: semiconductors and AI chips, chip-making equipment and design software, networking and optics, power generation and cooling, data centers, cloud platforms, AI software and security, and the servers and systems that tie it all together. The portfolio is organized into two sleeves. The Core sleeve provides broad, balanced representation across the full value chain. The Diamond sleeve holds the fund's higher-conviction positions, typically mid- and small-cap companies whose businesses are deeply tied to AI infrastructure but that are often overlooked in mega-cap-dominated thematic funds that are prevalent. A modified equal-weighting approach, with firm limits on single-name and sub-category concentration, is designed to avoid over-reliance on any one company, customer, or chip architecture. Diamond AI is intended for investors seeking thoughtfully diversified, worldwide exposure to the companies building AI infrastructure.
